Craig Major – NUTRIKIDS Back Office Management Trainer Craig combines his natural sense of humor, extensive software training background, and technical support experience to make your training experience engaging and productive. He has trained foodservice professionals nationally since 2001, and actively researches industry trends for our in-house staff development. Brenda Fenner – NUTRIKIDS Back Office Management Trainer Brenda combines her computer training expertise with her in-depth knowledge of NUTRIKIDS software to ensure a lively and successful training class. Her patience and personal approach to teaching enable her to motivate and inspire her students, giving them the confidence they need to get the most from their NutriKids software. When Brenda is not teaching a class, she is busy on the technical support line so you can enjoy connecting with her even after the class is over.

Kathleen Marsh – NUTRIKIDS Back Office Management Trainer Kate came to LunchByte Systems with an extensive background in both education and the bakery business, the perfect combination for understanding of the day-to-day operations of the food service industry, and for teaching NUTRIKIDS. Kate travels and teaches nationally. Her students particularly admire her great patience (and her delicious scones). Kate also spends time in our home office answering your questions as a member of our technical support team.

Michele Resavage - NUTRIKIDS Back Office Management Trainer Michele has over 20 years experience as a School Food Service Director with extensive training in HACCP and Food Safety implementation. In her free time you'll find her cooking for her family or at the gym. Michele's easy-going nature and patience will put you right at ease!

Her humor and comfort level will put you at ease as she leads you step by step through the programs.
Larry Moriarty – NUTRIKIDS Back Office Management Trainer If there’s an easier way to do something, Larry will help you find it. Larry has more than 25 years experience in customer support. You will appreciate his enthusiasm for the subject. His ability to explain concepts in non-technical, down–to-earth terms will make your training experience an enjoyable one and help you retain what you have learned.
Kathy Fredericks – NUTRIKIDS Back Office Management Trainer “Well versed in every product we offer, Kathy uses her in-depth knowledge base to make it all come together! Her calm, steady-as-she-goes nature will put you right at ease as she steps you through the Perpetual Inventory Process. Kathy has been with NUTRIKIDS for over 7 years and is fluent in everything from Menu Planning, to Production Records, Perpetual Inventory and our Point of Sale software. She loves working with customers to find the quickest and easiest approach to implementation and enjoys seeing her “students” learn!
Lisa Bell - NUTRIKIDS Training Coordinator In 1992, Lisa was one of NUTRIKIDS’ first customers. Three years later she became one of our first full time employees. During the next thirteen years, she trained thousands of food service professionals and state workers on NUTRIKIDS software. Today, she manages our entire NUTRIKIDS training program. But because she understands the best way to serve customers is to find out what they need, she still goes on the road occasionally and teaches a training class or two to stay in touch with the people who use our products.
