  • Review of the latest USDA CN database
  • The in's and out's of ingredients
  • Add and Modify recipes
  • Enter a week of menus in the calendar format
  • Conduct a weekly nutrient analysis

The Advanced Workshop is the perfect way to take your NUTRIKIDS skills to the next level. This advanced course builds upon your previous 101 Workshop knowledge and digs depper into the program features that are essential to your food service operation's success. Topics include: advanced recipe functions, cycle menus, meeting dietary guidelines and daily production records.
 
 
What you will learn:
  • Advanced recipe topics include standardized theme bars, shortcut (variety) recipes, sub-recipes and batch quantities
  • Copying menus and cycle menus
  • Analyze and modify menus to meet dietary guidelines
  • Creating Daily Production Records
  • Advanced ingredients including yield factor method
