Project Coordinator Team

The LBS project management approach is a carefully planned and organized effort to implement the NUTRIKIDS POS system. A dedicated project coordinator manages your implementation through successful system startup. LBS has implemented over 900 school districts with POS systems using our District Implementation Plan which consists of predefined 'work break down structure' tasks which are identified by duration and resources. It also includes controls to stay on the 'critical path' to ensure the plan is being managed properly.

Joyce Fountain – NUTRIKIDS POS Project Coordinator

Joyce has been with LunchByte Systems, Inc. since 2002. Joyce has extensive Point of Sale project management experience. An eye for detail allows Joyce to uncover and avoid mishaps before they occur, especially involving database trouble shooting.

Amy Bolognesi – NUTRIKIDS POS Project Coordinator

Amy has been with LunchByte Systems, Inc. since March 2003.  Amy has A+ certification and extraordinary organizational skills.  This combined with her success on the Point of Sale Support and Installation team made her an obvious choice to work on the POS Project Management team.

Kris Vickers – NUTRIKIDS POS Project Coordinator

Kris has been with LunchByte Systems, Inc. since April 2002 and has worked in both Order Administration and Accounts Receivable internally. Kris’ extensive background in Microsoft Office products is an additional asset to the POS Project Management team.
