Do I automatically receive updates every year?
The first update will be received automatically. After that Updates must be ordered. Flyers are sent out in the in the fall, announcing upcoming newer versions of NUTRIKIDS. If you choose to update, you can either call us or fill out the Update Order Form we will send you and fax it to us. When the new version (update) becomes available (and you’ve let us know that you would like to receive the update), we’ll then send it to you automatically. Updates come in 2 shipments: the first CD is sent as soon as the new version is complete, and the second is sent after we receive the CN update from USDA.
How can I tell what version I am currently using?Click on Help on the Top Toolbar. Click on About NUTRIKIDS for Windows and the Program version and the CN database version will be visible.
How do I order a replacement CD? You can order a replacement CD by calling our Toll Free Customer Support at (800)724-9853, option 6. A Replacement CD costs $10.00 and is sent via Regular Mail. Overnight requests can be accommodated, but the overnight charges will be billed to you along with the $10.00 CD replacement fee.
Do you have a money back guarantee? Yes. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 90 days.
Why do I have to register my program? Your registration is essentially an activation code. Without the registration your NUTRIKIDS program will operate as an evaluation copy. After registration you will have a fully functioning program.
