expand/collapse Are your products compatible with Microsoft’s new operating system, Vista?

NUTRIKIDS is not currently fully compatible with Vista. We are currently testing and evaluating NUTRIKIDS products with the Vista operating system and will announce to our customers when we are fully Vista compatible. In the meantime, we would discourage users from upgrading their operating systems to Microsoft Vista on computers that will require our NUTRIKDS programs.

expand/collapse Can your products be installed on a Macintosh computer?

All NUTRIKIDS products are designed for the Microsoft Windows Operating System. There are alternative methods, such as Virtual PC or Soft Windows, but unfortunately these are not supported at this point.

expand/collapse Do I need to be connected to the internet to install my Update?

No. A connection to the internet is not required to run an update.

expand/collapse Do you charge any support fees in the first year?

The first year of support is included with the initial purchase of the software license.
