Can I purchase software modules individually or only in packages?
We offer three software products that are allowed to be purchased individually after the Base module has been purchased. These products are: Menu Planning & Nutritional Analysis (base module), Production Records (add-on module), Recipe & Menu Planning (add-on module); Perpetual Inventory (base module), Bidding (add-on module), Purchasing (add-on module), Warehouse (add-on module), Point of Sale (Manager & Serving Line Programs are the base module), and Free & Reduced (add-on module).
What do I receive by purchasing my POS software updates?
In keeping your software current, you will receive the latest in the version we have to offer for both the serving line and the manager programs, which include features and enhancements that have been requested by our customers. If you have the Free and Reduced software, you will receive updates on yearly changes to guidelines, etc.
Do I need an invoice to purchase my Updates. When can I expect to receive one?
The Update Order form IS NOT an invoice. If you require an invoice, you will need to fax or mail in the order form with your Purchase Order. Once that has been sent in to NUTRIKIDS, you can expect to receive your invoice within 1 to 2 weeks.
