Confirmations will be e-mailed or faxed within 3 working days of completing this registration. You must bring the Confirmation with you to class. If you do not receive a confirmation, you are not registered, please phone us!

Payment is due upon registration and before the training to hold your spot in the class. You will be billed upon submission of this registration at the time of confirmation. Parking expenses are not included where applicable.

Certificates are included. After you have completed the seminar, an attractive Certificate of Attendance will be mailed to you-great for framing or including in your personnel file.

Canceling your registration 14 days prior to the training receives full refund. Cancellations 13 days up to 7 days prior will be subject to a $25 cancellation charge. The remainder of the registration fee will be refunded or will be held for up to 1 year to be used toward other NUTRIKIDS products and/or services. Cancellations 6 days prior or less will be charged the full price and no refund will be issued. No shows will be charged the full amount. LunchByte Systems, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any training, user group or demonstration without liability. If LunchByte Systems, Inc. cancels a class, full refunds will be issued.
